You are encouraged to report any of the following:

• Criminal activity or breach of law
• Abuse of authority or mismanagement
• Workplace discrimination or harassment
• Safety or environmental risks
• Breach of Orkim Berhad internal policies or ethics code
• Deliberate concealment of any misconduct
• Any other unethical, illegal or improper behavior

Acting in Good Faith

All whistleblowers must ensure that reports are made honestly and with reasonable grounds. Malicious or false allegations made knowingly will not be protected and may result in disciplinary action.

Protection Against Retaliation

Orkim Berhad strictly prohibits any retaliation against genuine whistleblowers. This includes:

• Unfair dismissal, demotion, or suspension
• Harassment or intimidation
• Denial of promotion or benefits
• Any form of punishment related to the disclosure

Disciplinary actions will be taken against anyone found retaliating against whistleblowers.
