KUCHING: Orkim Berhad (Orkim) is leading marine transportation company in Malaysia is pleased to announce its successful delivery of its latest vessel Orkim Garnet.
Formerly known as Rich Sunda, Orkim Garnet is a 20,000-deadweight tonnage (DWT) tanker with an average capacity of 13,850 metric tonnes (MT).
This acquisition expands Orkim’s fleet size to 19 vessels and increases the total load capacity to 253,036 deadweight tonnes (DWT).
Designed to transport both clean petroleum products (CPP) and chemical products, Orkim Garnet is scheduled to commence its maiden charter voyage in the near term.
