Orkim Berhad has kicked off the new year by securing a 2 year Contract of Affreightment (COA) from Boustead Petroleum Marketing Sdn Bhd (BHPetrol) for the transportation of refined petroleum products.

The COA involves the marine transportation of refined petroleum products across Malaysia.

The Estimated Volume: Approximately 200,000 metric tonnes per annum ($\pm$20%). Duration: Two years (January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2027) with an option to extend for an additional one (1) year. Pricing: Based on a discretionary “cargo-nominations” system with fixed schedules of rates, ensuring steady revenue without a rigid total contract value.
