（吉隆坡22日讯）海运公司Orkim有限公司（ORKIM，5348，主板交通与物流股）宣布以1亿5700万人民币（约9483万7000令吉）现金，收购一艘IMO II型油品与化学品船 “荣耀五洲”（译音）。
该公司报备大马交易所的文告说，其独资子公司Orkim Ambition于今日与Allcontinents International Shipping Limited签署购船备忘录，进行上述收购。
根据文告，该艘造于2025年的船舶载重吨为1万3988.39吨，总吨位达9613吨。该船目前悬挂马绍尔群岛国旗。
此次收购旨在推进集团的船队扩张与年轻化战略，新船不仅能提升运力，还具备运送成品油及化学品的双重灵活性，从而拓宽服务范围并捕捉大马沿海及区域航线的更多包租商机。….
