KUALA LUMPUR: Marine transportation company Orkim Bhd has launched its newly built vessel Orkim Jade at the Fujian Mawei Shipbuilding Ltd shipyard in Fuzhou, China.
The vessel has a deadweight carrying capacity of 14,500 tonnes and is part of the company’s fleet renewal and expansion initiative.
The programme is designed to improve operational efficiency, enhance service capabilities and support Orkim’s long-term sustainable growth plans.
Orkim Jade is equipped with advanced features that enhance operational efficiency, reliability and safety, supporting the company’s sustainability goals while ensuring compliance with industry regulatory requirements.
