(吉隆坡30日讯）ORKIM海运(ORKIM，5348，主板交通物流组）拟以2420万美元（约9700万令吉）购船。
ORKIM海运发文告表示，旗下子公司Orkim Wisdom私人有限公司与Wealth Sail Shipping私人有限公司签署备忘录，向后者收购一艘名为Rich Sunda的IMO II型船舶。
这艘船舶建于2026年，拥有9013的总吨位，净负载达1万3850吨。
ORKIM海运主要从事船舶的拥有、租赁和营运，以及船舶资产管理、货运承包和运输业务。
截至本公告发布之日，集团营运着一支由18艘船舶组成的船队，其中包括16艘CPP油轮和2艘LPG油轮，总载重吨位为23万9186载重吨位。
