KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 12): Newly-listed Orkim Bhd (KL:ORKIM) saw the emergence of two more substantial shareholders: pensions fund Kumpulan Wang Amanah (Diperbadankan) (KWAP) and the Employees Provident Fund (EPF).
The shares were subscribed under the group’s IPO, Orkim’s filing showed.
KWAP is now the second largest shareholder in Orkim with a 5.8% direct stake in the vessel group, together with another 2.93% indirect stake after subscribing to 87.28 million shares.
